We plan every move backward from show day

Most freight is planned forward from pickup. Event freight has to be planned backward from the moment the doors open, because that’s the one fixed point in the schedule. Knowing that, along with the load-in windows, install schedules and venue rules that come with it, is the expertise this cargo runs on.

Time-critical, down to the window

Event cargo doesn’t arrive on time. It arrives inside a delivery window measured in hours, against a scheduled venue appointment. National plans to that window from the first booking and reworks the route the moment a schedule slips, keeping the delivery inside it.

Every mode, whichever one makes the date

Road, ocean, air and dedicated charter through National Airlines, chosen for the combination that meets the date at the right cost. Ocean carries the big exhibition builds when there’s time. Air or charter takes over when there isn’t. Road runs the final leg to the venue.

Customs and temporary import

Export and import documentation, customs clearance, and Importer and Exporter of Record, handled for equipment that crosses a border for an event and has to come back out after it.
